Our Mission
The goal of the Women’s Ministry is to equip and encourage women to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Recognizing the unique and multifaceted needs of women, our desire is to provide opportunities for women to build meaningful relationships with other women while learning to live the truths of Scripture in a way that is relevant, life changing and God honoring.
We accomplish this goal through a variety of regular and special events.
Ladies Bible Study
Ladies Bible Study is your opportunity every week to dive deep into the word of God as you fellowship with other women. Ladies Bibles Study takes place every semester, Thursday mornings from 9:00 – 11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Limited studies are offered Thursday evenings with childcare available for birth – 5th grade by reservation for the morning studies only.

A Women’s Heart: God’s Dwelling Place by Beth Moore
This updated edition of A Women’s Heart contains all new video and stunning graphics. Join us for a fascinating in-depth study that is well worth another visit - or fresh for a new generation! This study is 11 weeks long and will be offered for the morning session and is the only one offered for the evening.
Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World by Joanna Weaver
This 12 week study is an invitation for every woman who’s ever felt she isn’t godly enough, isn’t loving enough, isn’t doing enough. “Mary” or “Martha”, you can draw closer to our Lord and do so with less stress and great joy.
Ephesians - The Church: Rooted in Love, Walking in Power by Kay Arthur
This 11 week, in-depth study of the book of Ephesians will teach you who you are and what you are in Christ. You’ll want to walk in God’s ways the rest of your life!

Hosted by First Baptist Owasso, this conference by Lifeway Christian Resources is designed to help other churches start Women’s Ministries.
Recipes from the Heart – September 11th
This will be a great time of fellowship and fun with people of all ages.
Ladies Latte – October 23rd
An opportunity to catch up with friends and discover more of God’s amazing purpose for your life.
Women of Faith Retreat – November 2nd & 3rd
Get away for a time of refreshing with friends. Exciting worship, relevant Bible teaching and the great fellowship make this a weekend you don’t want to miss.
Mentoring Celebration – November 15th
For women involved in one-on-one mentoring this will be a time of fellowship and celebration.
