Dr. Roger Ferguson, Senior Pastor
Dr. Ferguson and his wife, Marla, have served First Baptist since 1996. They have two adult sons, Chris and Brad. Bro. Roger provides leadership to the staff and is responsible for vision casting, teaching and the pastoral ministry of the church. Bro. Roger holds a Masters of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. When not at the church you’ll find Bro. Roger on his motorcycle cruising the streets of Owasso!

Chuck Self, Executive Pastor
Chuck and his wife, Connie, have served First Baptist since 2004. Theirs is an empty nest with regular visits from the grandkids! Chuck provides leadership in the daily operations and administrative details of the church as well as the Senior Adult Ministry. Chuck enjoys spending time with his grandkids.

Chad Balthrop, Minster of Worship and Leadership Development
Chad and his wife, Londa, have served First Baptist since 2002. They have three children, Jaiden, Caedmon, & Ethan! Chad provides leadership as the Pastor responsible for event planning and promotions and provides directional leadership with our Worship and Ministry teams as well as our Volunteer Network. When not at the church you’ll find Chad with his family, at the movies or with his nose stuck in a good book!

Brent Andrews, Minister of Christian Arts
Brent joined the First Owasso family in 2008. He and his wife, Jennifer have two children, Camden and Ryleigh. Brent provides leadership during our worship services through music and the creative arts. He leads the teams of volunteers who produce our weekly worship services and special events. When not at the church you'll find Brent with his family, on the golf course or cheering on the Sooners!

Jim Cunningham, Interim Minister of Adult Education
Jim has been a member of First Owasso since 2003 and has served as Interim Minster of Adult Education since 2007. He and his wife, De, have three children, Cole, Mindy & Jenna. Jim provides leadership with our Sunday School and Disciple University ministries. He owns a business and helps people with insurance and financial planning. Though their last names are the same Jim and Sandy, our Director of Preschool Ministries, are not related. When he’s not at the church you’ll find him on the golf course swinging his ‘tiger’ woods.

Mike Napier, Minister of Outreach and Singles
Mike Napier and his wife, Cindy, have served First Baptist since 2001. They have four children, Chrissy, Micah, Sterling & Mich. Mike provides leadership with the Singles of our community and leads the church as we reach out to the community and the world with the gospel, through missions, and to the under-resourced. Mike also serves as Chaplain and Reserve Police Officer for the Owasso Police Department. When not at the church you’ll find Mike with the boys in blue serving and protecting!

Keith Davis, Student Minister
Keith Davis and his wife, Amy, have served First Baptist since 2002. They have three children, Konner, Karson & Addy. Keith provides leadership with Students in our community, 6th grade through College. He is known throughout the state as a leader in Student Ministries. When not at the church Keith enjoys spending time with family and the Arkansas Razorbacks!

Caleb Jernigan, Associate Student Minister
Caleb Jernigan and his wife Brittni have served First Baptist since 2006. Caleb provides leadership within the Student Ministries. He works with Keith to develop the students in worship and discipleship and leads worship with the students. When not at the church you’ll find Caleb writing songs, raising llamas, enjoying the sweet sounds of Journey and spending time with Brittni.

Kolby King, Children’s Minister
Kolby and his wife, Mary Beth, have served First Baptist since 2007. They have three children, Jayden, Jaxon & Nathan with one more coming any time now! Kolby provides leadership with children in our community. A gifted communicator and ventriloquist, Kolby has a heart for the gospel and a love for children. When not at the church you’ll find Kolby with his family, making balloon art or writing great wisdom for Chinese fortune cookies.

Sandy Cunningham, Director of Preschool Ministries
Sandy Cunningham and her husband, Ralph, have been members of First Baptist since 2006. Sandy has served since 2007. They have two children, Chris & Sarah. Sandy provides leadership with our Preschool Ministry team and oversees the men and women who invest their lives in families through preschool ministry. Though their last names are the same Sandy and Jim, our Interim Minister of Adult Education, are not related. When not at the church Sandy enjoys spending time with her family.
