The more critical the mission the more needful the prayer.

Volunteers serve one hour a week to pray for the people of our church and our community. It’s our goal to have someone in the prayer room praying every hour every week – that’s 168 hours per week! We believe that with faith you can move mountains, but with prayer you can move God.

The volunteers in the Intercessory Prayer Room stand ready to pray for you. Email pray@fbcowasso.org or call 918.516.6600 to share your prayer request. You can also leave your prayer request in the comments area below. Please remember, these comments are public so only share through the comment area those requests you are comfortable making public.

My wife is recovering from Back fusion surgery last week and we have had a hard year, selling both our newer vehicles, asking for help from inlaws and just overall depressing.

We both need some help in healing and better times ahead.

    Hey Michael & Courtney,

I wanted to let you know that I am praying for you as well as the people who serve in the prayer room. We’re praying for God’s protection, healing and provision in your life. Matthew 28:18 says that God has all authority over all things – verse 21 says He will be with you. He is with you right now and has all authority to provide all that you need. God loves you. I’m praying you’ll know His favor today.

    God Bless…

Please pray for my mother Elizabeth Exendine she has recently been moved to a full time nursing facility. She has no short term memory at all. I am afraid this is the last year of her life. Brother Pirtle saved her years ago in the late 70′s or early 80′s. She has had a long life and I ask God to be merciful and not to let her suffer too long. Please relay this prayer request to him, Judy, and anyone else that might have known her back then. She still remembers you and talks as if it were yesterday that we lived in Owasso.

I am now job less. I am sad, worried and depressed. I am shameful of the wrong things in my past. I feel guilty, I cannot forgive myself. Help me in forgiving myself, help me in living better, please pray for me in getting a better job.
God bless me, pray for me
