The TriGuardian Protection System is a proactive, three-fold approach to keeping our kids safe both inside and outside the walls of the church.

Guardian 1—Safe Volunteers

Our church is committed to a process of background checks on all adult workers to ensure the safety and security of all our children.

Guardian 2—Safety Facilities

Our church is committed to providing a safe environment for every child which includes a Sunday morning computerized check-in system. This system is in place to ensure your child’s safety. At check-in, your child will receive a nametag and the parents will receive a security tag that matches. All kindergarten-second graders are picked-up using the security tag. As a first-time guest, our greeters will show you how to check-in and check-out your child. However, if your student is a third, fourth, or fifth grader, you have the option of having your child released at the end of the worship service. You can request this when you check-in your child and a permanent notation will be made that will print “release” on his nametag. If you allow your student to be released, please make sure to make arrangements with him to meet you at a certain location and make sure that your child also understands your expectations concerning this responsibility.

Guardian 3—Safety Information

Our church is committed to providing safety information, resources, and training for parents on a variety of issues that affect today’s children. In the future we want to make the most of every opportunity to train our parents to be effective in safeguarding their children. Let us know if you have any suggestions on topics or issues that you would like to see addressed.
