KNOT CARE MINISTRY

On average, 524 people per night stayed in seven Tulsa shelters during 2005.  This number does not reflect the number of homeless people who are sleeping on the streets, some because they choose to and some because they have no option. 

When it gets cold, John 3:16 Missions conducts “search and rescue” missions to locate homeless people and help them find shelter or at least make sure they have good blankets.  The Knot Care Ministry is a family ministry providing knotted fleece blankets to those people who are homeless.  Additionally, these blankets will be available for the homeless community in Owasso.
