Fall Ladies’ Bible Study – Become A Woman Of The Word
Beginning Thursday morning, September 6th, from 9:00-11:30am arm yourself in this age of worldly seduction by studying Beth Moore’s 7 week DVD driven Bible Study When Godly People Do Ungodly Things. The 20-30’s age group, led by Robin Wall, our pastor’s wife, will meet in one small group to study together while all other ages will meet in another group together. Beth examines why devoted followers of Jesus can fall into the traps of Satan. This study offers a warning to believers, how to prepare for attacks by the enemy, and for those who have been snared by the seduction of the world, it points the way back to God. The workbook for both groups is $13.00.
Also on Thursday mornings we will offer Precept Upon Precept: Genesis (The Creation) by Kay Arthur. Come study for 7 weeks with women of all ages and deepen your understanding of the amazing Creator and His creation. Can you defend creation against evolution? Learn how the world was created and how man came into being as you study both biblical and scientific accounts from Genesis Chapters 1 & 2. Workbooks are $13.50.
Following Precept Upon Precept: Genesis we will offer Genesis Part 2 (Chapters 3-11). Workbooks are $18.00
Tuesday evenings beginning September 11th, from 6:45-9:00pm, we will offer When Godly People Do Ungodly Things by Beth Moore. See the description of the study above.
Immediately following When Godly People Do Ungodly Things Beth Moore’s new 6 week lecture series, The Law of Love: Deuteronomy will be offered. Listening guides will be $10.00
Childcare is by reservation only and the children will be taught Bible stories and biblical concepts as you study in your Bible study group.
